Make neuroinclusion part of normal working life.

The Working With Me platform gives every team member their own working manual: how they work best, how they like to communicate, and what support helps. Sharing is deliberate, so adjustments and different working styles can sit alongside business expectations as part of normal working life.

Each person chooses what to share and what stays private. Nothing is scored, and support is agreed and reviewed rather than fixed once and left.

    One platform, pointed at neuroinclusion.

Working With Me is a wider methodology and platform for understanding your people and getting the best from them. It rests on three principles: understand yourself and each other, understand the rules of the game, and establish the rhythm. Applied to neuroinclusion, those principles build a workplace where different ways of working are expected and supported.

That matters for every brain, including colleagues with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other kinds of neurodivergence. It works because it is not a separate initiative. It is simply how the team runs.

The same working manuals also help teams introducing new tools and ways of working, including AI adoption, where understanding how people work best helps changes land well.

    How it works

    Step one

    Understand yourself and each other

Every team member builds their own working manual, in their own words: how they work best, how they like to communicate, and what support helps. Each person chooses what to share and what stays private, and nothing is scored against a person.

    Step two

Understand the rules of the game

Adjustments and different working styles sit alongside business expectations and priorities, spoken about as normal working life rather than favours or exceptions. Managers work from the preferences people choose to share, the work that has been agreed, and patterns across the team.

    Step three

    Establish the rhythm

Regular check-ins and review keep the conversation going, so support is agreed, revisited and measured as the work changes, rather than fixed once and forgotten.

We treat adjustments and different working styles as good management for everyone, not paperwork for the few. When the whole team shares how they work best, nobody has to disclose more than they choose, and nobody is singled out. This does not remove the need for a proper conversation when a specific adjustment is needed.

Every brain, doing its best work.

Co-founder Jill McAlpine gave evidence on neurodivergence at work to the Scottish Parliament, representing the Federation of Small Businesses Scotland. This is work we know deeply.
