People matter and the job needs done.
Working With Me was built by two people who have led teams and delivered change for more than twenty years, and kept seeing the same gap.
Why we built this
We saw capable teams working hard every day. Clear priorities, written down and shared. Yet the connection between people, priorities, and daily work stayed unclear.
Leaders could not see where the work was really happening. Teams could not see how their work connected to outcomes. People themselves often could not see how to work even better, or where their time was actually going.
We built the Working With Me method to close that gap. It took four years and five versions, tested with real teams, to get it right.
Jill and Lynnsey
Between us we have twenty years in change management, business leadership, and selling to growing businesses. We have run the teams, felt the pain, and done the hard work of change from the inside. That is the difference. We are not handing you a theory. We are giving you something we built because we needed it ourselves.

Lynnsey Urquhart
I have spent more than twenty years helping businesses change how they work, and I kept seeing the same thing. Good people, working hard, held back by the way the work was set up around them. Working With Me is what I wish every one of those teams had had.
Jill
I have led teams through a lot of change, and one lesson stuck. The strategy on the wall is rarely the hard part. What matters is whether people understand each other, and what they are working towards. That is what we set out to build.

Co-founder Jill McAlpine gave evidence on neurodivergence at work to the Scottish Parliament's Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee in February 2026, representing the Federation of Small Businesses Scotland. Read the Official Report.
Working With Me won a Regional EDGE award and was a semi-finalist in Scottish EDGE.
The Working With Me toolkit was introduced to managers at UHI Inverness in April 2025 as part of our Collaborative Leaders programme. Jill provided interactive sessions to support managers to lead neurodiverse teams and showed how to use Working With Me. Managers have since used it in one-to-ones, team meetings and team building, and reported clearer insight into planning and improved workflows. Staff said it was enjoyable and welcomed the chance to express their preferred ways of working.
The "working with me" approach has been a game changer for my work productivity, and being more aware of my colleagues' workflows has improved how I work with and interact with others in the team, so as not to interrupt their focus and productivity.
What we stand for
People do their best work when they understand what matters, where they fit, and how to work well with others. Most businesses leave too much of that to chance.
We believe in practical change, not theory. In building things that hold up after we leave. And in a system that works for every kind of brain, not just the ones it was designed for.
Come and talk to us.
Whether you are after a single workshop or a rethink of how your whole business runs, the first step is a conversation. We will be straight about what fits you right now.
