Make AI work for your people and your business.

Perhaps you’ve already invested in AI, but you’re not seeing the benefits you expected. Or you can see the possibilities and feel unsure about where to start, what to trust and how it will affect your team.

We help you work out where AI can make a useful difference and introduce it carefully around your people, systems and business priorities.

Through our three-month programme, we help your team put ideas into practice, support people through the change and measure what improves.

    Start from where you are.

    Already investing in AI?

You want to see the value in the work, not just the subscription bill. We explore how your team uses AI, where opportunities are being missed and what would make the investment worthwhile.

    Unsure where to begin?

You may be concerned about getting it wrong, what happens to your information or how your people will respond. We help you work through those questions and decide where AI fits before introducing changes.

    People first. Practical change.

We believe in the power of people and every brain. Understanding how your team thinks and works is the starting point for making AI useful.

We’ve seen learning fade after workshops and technology introduced without enough support for the people using it. Our programme brings learning into everyday work, with people involved in the decisions and managers supported to lead the change.

Jill and Lynnsey each bring over 20 years of experience across leadership, business improvement and change. We also build technology and implement AI, including developing the Working With Me® platform and its AI adoption module.

A clear approach to making AI work.

    Understand yourself and each other

Explore opportunities across each person’s role. Their Working With Me® manual helps us shape learning and support around how they work best, using what they choose to share.

Agree the rules of the game

Connect AI to your business priorities. Agree which tools and information people can use, what needs a human check and where to ask for help.

    Establish the rhythm

Put agreed ideas into practice, review what happens and build on what helps. Give people room to ask questions, raise concerns and say when something isn’t working.

Three months, with support along the way.

    Month one: understand and prepare

Get to know your people and their work, identify opportunities, agree the rules and establish what improvement would look like.

Month two: put ideas into practice

Support your team as they try agreed changes in real work, adapting the learning and helping managers resolve difficulties.

Month three: review and move forward

Assess what has changed, refine what works and help managers continue the practice and review.

Know what difference AI is making.

The aim is better-quality work, a better experience of work and a stronger bottom line.

We agree measures at the start and compare real work over the programme. We look at time, quality, costs and whether people can use AI confidently where it helps. Checking and corrections count too, and we distinguish time freed up from money actually saved.

You have evidence to help decide what to continue, change or stop, and where further investment makes sense.

Our method gets it working. Our platform keeps it working.

The Working With Me® platform, including our AI adoption module, supports the programme. Working manuals, agreed guidance, priorities and actions keep the learning connected to the working day.

Your team can return to what was agreed, while managers use actions and conversations to understand what is progressing and where help is needed.

    Questions teams ask

Have something in mind, but unsure how to get started?

If you are based in the Highlands and Islands, funding may be available towards specialist digital advice or developing a new technology product.

We can help you understand what you need and shape a practical plan. Eligibility depends on your business and project, with restrictions affecting professional services. HIE decides whether funding is available to you.

Tell Jill where you are with AI and what you want to improve. We’ll talk through your people’s work, your business priorities and how we could help.

You don’t need a chosen tool or a finished plan to start the conversation.
