Let's talk about inclusive everyday work.
Neuroinclusion works when the everyday choices people make together are clear, and when it is safe to say how you work best. That is what the method and the platform support.
Tell Jill McAlpine about your team and where support is hardest to get right now. We will talk through a practical starting point.
What happens on the call.
Thirty minutes, on video, with Jill or Lynnsey. We will ask about your team, the work that is in motion, and where things feel sticky.
For neuroinclusion we will talk about working manuals, what each person chooses to share, and the rhythm of support and review that makes adjustments part of normal working life.
We do not run a pitch. We run a conversation. You leave the call with a clear next step and a written summary by email, with no obligation to book anything.
Who gets in touch
Founders shaping how their team works, heads of people bringing in shared rhythms, and managers looking for a straightforward way to understand how each person works best.
What to bring
A rough sense of your team size, what is working, and what is not. No deck needed. If you have a specific project or transition in mind, mention it in the form so we can prepare.
How we follow up
We aim to reply within two working days to arrange the conversation. After the call you get a written summary, the option we think fits, and pricing where it applies. You decide from there, in your own time.
Confidentiality
Anything you share on the call stays between us. We do not name clients without permission, and we delete notes on request. Our privacy policy covers how we handle the details you give in this form.
